WebIncidents.Com can help collect and organize project incidents (issues). It can be used in any kind of project as complex as a software development cycle or as simple as a personal to-do list. Using a World Wide Web interface, you don't have to worry about where your team members are located geographically. Working together on a project with friends or co-workers in South Africa, Australia or Venezuela has never been easier. WebIncidents.Com helps you stay up-to-date on your project no matter where you are. Back to the top of the page How many incidents can a project have? There is no restriction to the number of incidents a project can have. However, we do ask that you keep the amount of incidents at a reasonable level. (1000 is considered reasonable, 10000 is not) Back to the top of the page Can I test this service? If you want to find out if this service is the right one for you or if you want a no-obligation demonstration of how this service works, go to the login page and login as user test and with the password test (this login has read access only). Regular incident downloads can help you to ensure that you will not lose any incidents. Please review the WebIncidents.Com Terms and Conditions. Back to the top of the page How can I get my incidents to a local computer or database? At any time during the project, you might want to have your incidents also on a local database or spreadsheet in order to keep track of the project progress or to add the incidents to the documentation that you deliver to your client. To accomodate this, WebIncidents.Com can create Microsoft Excel files in the comma delimited CSV format. Once the incidents are on a local computer or network, you can choose to delete those incidents from WebIncidents.Com to create more space for more incidents in your project. If you want to add the incidents to your local database you can write a script that inserts the values from the CSV file into your database.
